VoiSpeed Answering service
VoiSpeed has built in features to take messages
whilst you are not at your desk. You can forward calls to a mobile,
to a colleague or to your own personal answer phone.
Night Answering Service
Using a map of your working week and
predicted holidays, system availability can be chosen to manage
calls depending on time of day. The system behaves in a completely
different way at night time to handle out of hours emergency or
routine calls. If the call is not an emergency the answer phone
system takes a message to be dealt with during office hours. Should
a customer have an emergency by choosing the correct options on
their keypad the they will be immediately transferred to your
out-of-hours team logged in at home or via call divert.
Call Attendant
Send callers to the right department
first time. When the system answers, callers are presented with
options to reach the correct department. Calls then are sent to the
relevant extension or group. Group calling options available include
hunt, cyclic, progressive ringing as well as being based on your
teams fastest call handlers. Using call data within the system, the
members of your team that deal with the least amount of calls can be
prioritised to take more new incoming calls and vice versa. It is
also possible with the system to have a 'cool off' period after a
call to finish notes and take a breath prior to being offered the
next call.

Use any Windows PC to connect to
the business phone system.
Every PC in your office can be a
phone extension. This is the cheapest way to add extensions to the
system and also offers the most amount of features.
Integrate caller ID with Outlook or
your company database and answer the phone knowing your customers
name. Facilities to send messages via the system to other users
logged on, record parts of a call as a memo, transfer calls to other
extensions, take notes whilst on a call.

Divert to mobile or alternative number
As well as the answering service to handle your calls
and deliver them via e-mail.
Leaving the office does not mean out of touch, calls can be
immediately diverted to alternative numbers including mobiles.
