How to send us your files

There are a number of options:

We insist that you do not send us your original file in case of loss, send us a copy. Keep an original in case there is a problem with delivery.

FTP

Send and e-mail to file.recovery@equinox-communications.com telling us as much detail as possible about the file and the circumstances of why you need the file recovering. We will then contact you with our FTP server details.

CD or DVD

If you are using CD or DVD and the file size is larger than a blank disk, we recommend using WinZip over 'spanned files'. Set the maximum file size to 60 MB less than the disks capacity. Once you have your files, write each part to disk and then send by courier or 'signed for' delivery to us.

IDE hard drive

You can send your data on an IDE. We can accept any size drive formatted in NTFS or FAT32 or FAT16. FAT32 is the best format to send due to security issues with the NTFS file system.
