There are a number of options available.. Converting your CDs and creating play-lists is very easy and we offer full training after installation. Once all your CDs are on the the PC they can be backed up onto a portable hard drive or DVDs allowing for the originals to be stored off-site in case of theft. Should the system be stolen it would be a simple matter of transferring the music files play-lists back onto the PC and be up and running again. Music server and client:We install a PC in the back room which holds all your music. This PC can also be used for day to day use such as Internet banking, invoicing and other back office duties. In your restaurant or bar area you have a slave PC which is used to play music held on the server. Play-lists can be created for events such as evening meal background music, bar area pop and general music as well as seasonal music such as Christmas songs. Once the play-list is running it will continue until the end of the list or carry on in random mode until the end of the evening. Clients can be PC's, DVD players that have network sockets, or stand alone media players that connect to a network. The great advantage of this system is that you can play one play-list for the bar area, and completely different music in the lounge, reception or restaurant areas. The amount of clients you connect can be almost limitless allowing for variation of music throughout your premises without risk of CD's being damaged or lost. By also connecting the Internet is is possible to play radio directly from the Internet into your premises for live event coverage. DAB options also available where digital radio can be fed into the network to be played anywhere. The system will connect to any existing audio amplification equipment which would not require replacing or upgrading and provides CD quality audio throughout.
Music Box:This is basically a PC running in the bar area which holds all your music on it. Again the use of play-lists allow for easy playback of non-stop music until the end of the night. The PC can be a desktop PC, a micro (cube) PC or a laptop plugged into your audio system.
